Cake Slice: Sweet Potato Layer Cake

So this one is late in coming, but better late than never!! November's Cake Slice layer cake was a Sweet Potato Cake layered with chocolate frosting and orange filling.

I made a few small mods, and used Grand Marnier in the filling and did more of a whipped cream filling; and a cream cheese chocolate frosting. The cake itself was very yummy...a lot of gals said it tasted like carrot but to me it was more like a 'spice' cake. The orange and chocolate worked well together.
