Got Cupcakes?

Ummmm, well of course I do. Lots of them. Here's what's been keeping me busy in the last 2 weeks. I could do invidivual posts, but that's no fun...!

Red Velvet Cupcakes with Cream Cheese frosting...I was never really a RV fan until I ate these...I always thought 'what is it supposed to taste like?' Not sure exactly, but mine taste pretty yummy. I prefer them with just a chocolate dipped ganached top without frosting, BUT I know everyone loves frosting, sooo..both is more fun!

Almond Joy Cupcakes aka coconut chocolate almond marshmallow wonderfulness. I did two orders of these recently, they are very tasty. I ate lots of samples.

Raspberry Filled Lemon Cupcakes w/Cream Cheese...for a bachelorette party. This gal was so cute, she said she made cookies and meant to bring me some and forgot them. I thought that was so sweet! And then when I saw her a few days later at an event, she gave ME a thank you card..SO adorable.

Shark Cupcakes for a coworkers birthday, these were SO FUN to put together...everyone just loved them. Sharks were not edible..putting the fish inside was a genius inspiration the day of cubicle decoration...hehee.

Whew!! I have a vanilla buttermilk ordered for a bridal shower this wkd, and then 'goodbye' cupcakes for one of my good friends who is moving to Hong Kong..!! Lunch with cupcakes and girlie fun sounds fabulous for a Sunday.

OMG OMG OMG! You were seriously busy! And they all look so fabulous. The red velvets look especially yummy. May I ask what are the striped thingies you used to decorate with? They add such a cute touch. :) :)

So sad that I have to minimize my sweets...well at least until I can eat a whole box of them!

These are all adorable! Amazing work. I have a question. Where did you get the cups that the shark cupcakes are in? I've been on the lookout for some of those. Thanks!

They are ALL beeeeautiful!
I love the almond joy ones (of course) and can only imagine that they are as wonderful as they look!

Such a smart idea to dip the RV in ganache before icing. YUM! Maybe that would help give RV a more distinctive chocolatey flavor?

Okay- those sharks are adorable! Where did you get those?

Thanks for all the cute comments all!

Southern Hostess, the nut n'party cups can be found at Michaels though I hear that Smart & Final has them too I think? The cupcakes can be hard to get out if you don't know the trick (pull the pleats) but they are fun to bake with!

HTEAC, those are chocolate curls. I found them randomly at some shop a while ago.I've also been making my own solid ones with a block of chocolate and a vegetable peeler.

Miss J..the sharkies I picked up at a party store..so funny because I loved them. When you squeeze them, their eyes bug out...everyone had so much fun.
