Ta Da: Baking Blog.


I finally chose a name for my 'baking' blog after a ton of hemming and hawing and this and thatting. My husband says this name is 'obvious' but I liked it, and it was available on blogger, and best of all...it's my fave thing to do during baking. So why not??

In the meantime..Happy Easter!

Lemon Vanilla Cupcakes filled w/Raspberry Jam w/Cream Cheese Frosting & Coconut


These were a huge hit due to the little surprise of jam tucked inside the cuppies (see next post!)...I am definitely adding these to my favorite list.

these are really cute!

the carrot cupcakes i made were really yummy, but slightly too spicy for my taste. it could be because i'm used to using fresh grated nutmeg, and my aunt only had the pre-ground stuff in her kitchen.
